Writer's block can slow down your writing process and the longer you have it-the harder it is to stop it. It can be caused by a number of things but primarily writer's block is caused by:
- Procrastination
- Anxiety
- Lack of inspiration

1. Take a break. Do something relaxing which has nothing to do with your writing
2. Do some research on your topic
3. Grab some coffee or tea which is a natural stimulus
4. Excercise: Ride a bike, go for aw walk do something to increase the blood flow to your brain
5.Try writing outside or in different surroundings to give yourself a needed change and stimulate idea's
6. Visit family & friends
